Our premium, ground Arabica beans from Mexico may be decaf, but they certainly don't lack flavour!
Each bean goes through a natural process of decaffeination, known as the Mountain Water Process produced by DESCAMEX. The beans are submerged in water from the glaciers of the Orizaba Mountains and the water becomes saturated with the caffeine, leaving the coffee 99.6% caffeine free. The water is then filtered and recycled.
A totally natural process, this coffee is chemical free and low in acidity.
